Darren Hayden — Director & Storytelling Advocate trained at NIDA and Rose Bruford College of Speech and Drama graduating with a BA (Hons) Acting has performed locally and abroad and toured Europe in various theatre productions. Darren has headlined several storytelling productions in Sydney. and is delighted to direct an evening of storytelling for the Maleny Players. ‘I am always amazed at the diversity of life experiences we each have’. Storytelling allows us to experience, enjoy and learn from our peers and makes us realise that our own story is also unique, rich and fabulous and worthy of sharing’. “I’m constantly inspired by the incredible range of life experiences we all carry.

Storytelling has a wonderful line up at the Maleny Players “the theatre that speaks straight from the heart” with local gifted performers Brendan O’Shea- Joe Lynch and Rebel Morrow supported by the talented local musician, Jessy Lynch.
